Drawing its inspiration from a Motor City classic cruiser, the Gretsch Renown 57 5-Piece Shell Pack with Throne puts you behind the wheel of of some serious drumming mojo. This gorgeous 5-piece configuration consists of a 22" x 18" kick, 10" x 8" and 12" x 9" toms, 16" x 16" floor tom, and 14" x 6-1/2" matching snare.

The “hood ornament” is the Renown Chevron, an aluminum triangular teardrop painted white with raised beveled chrome edges and embossed chrome Gretsch logo. Each drum has its own sized chevron, scaled to symmetrically fit that specific drum size. The eye-catching Motor City Black is a traditional color derived from the 1950’s car era.

To further distinguish this drum set design, Gretsch Drums partnered with Gibraltar Hardware to produce a matching throne that will be included free with this kit for a limited time.

Renown’s contemporary features make this a modern classic. Renown 57 includes standard Renown maple specifications to produce punchy, full tones and rock solid performance. Toms are mounted from the bass drum on a Gretsch ball-socket double tom holder. In addition, the snare drum is equipped with 20 total lugs (10 lugs per side).
